LumenMind

Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 2026

1. No Personal Data Collection

LumenMind does not collect personal data. There are no accounts, no email addresses, no passwords, and no user profiles. You use the service completely anonymously.

2. No Tracking or Session Cookies

We use no tracking cookies and no session cookies. LumenMind does not use cookies of any kind.

3. Privacy-First Analytics

We use privacy-first, cookie-less analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to measure overall site traffic — page views, referrers, and country-level geography. This does not track individual users, set cookies, or collect personally identifiable information.

4. Anonymous Query Caching

When you ask a question, the normalized query text and the AI-generated response are cached in Cloudflare KV to improve performance for all users. These cached entries are fully anonymous and cannot be traced back to any individual.

5. IP Address & Rate Limiting

IP addresses are used for short-term rate limiting to prevent DDoS abuse. Rate-limit counters expire automatically after 60 seconds. Additionally, a hashed version of your IP is securely stored when you upvote or downvote an AI response to prevent voting fraud. We do not store raw IP addresses permanently, and hashed IPs cannot be reversed to identify you.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
